Everyone must sign our RELEASE, WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

All riders will be required to review and sign an electronic release of liability and assumption of risk waiver before tubing, and those individuals under age 18 will need the additional signature of a parent or legal guardian.

When does your season start?

Our season typically begins around mid-November

Do I need to make a reservation?

We don’t accept reservations.

Can I purchase my tickets in advance?

We don’t pre sale our tickets. You will purchase them when you arrive.

When does the season end?

The snow season typically ends around Easter, but is still operating weekends until the snow is gone.

Do I need to be a certain age to snow tube?

Yes, in order to participate in snow tubing, you must be at least 36″ tall. Children 36″ – 42″ tall ride with a paying adult 18 years of age or older, must ride on the same inner tube with the adult, and must have a Child ticket. One on one adult supervision. One adult per child (36″ – 42″ tall) is allowed past the snow play gate.

Children under 36″ tall will not be allowed past the snow play gate.

How do I get to Big Bear Snow Play?

Do you sell anything other than an all day ticket for Big Bear Snow Play?

No we don’t. We only offer a Day Session ticket that is good from 10am to 4pm and a Night Glow Tubing session from 5pm to 9pm (Fri., Sat. & Holidays). The cost is $35.00 per person per session. Children 36″ – 42″ tall are $20 with a paying adult, and ride on the same inner tube with the adult.

(One adult per child 36″ – 42″).

Do you accept credit cards?

We do not accept credit cards. We accept cash only. We do have an ATM inside our main building.

What should I wear for Big Bear Snow Play?

Dress for winter weather! Wear a hat, gloves, boots, a warm wind and/or water resistant jacket, and snow pants if you prefer. As always, the best way to stay warm is to dress in layers, which allows the removal of clothing if you become warm, and the addition of clothing if the temperature drops. Bring sunscreen, lip balm and skin moisturizers. The sun reflects off the snow during cloudy and sunny days!

Do I Need to bring my own equipment for Big Bear Snow Play?

No we provide your inner tube. It is included in the price of the ticket.

Are Pets Allowed?

Pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets are NOT allowed in the base lodge or past the snow play gate.

What if I am pregnant?

Sorry pregnant women are not allowed to participate or go past the gate.

What if I just want to take pictures of my friends/family?

You must have a ticket to go past the gate. That is the main gate for the entrance to the snow play area.

Do you have group rates for Big Bear Snow?

Group size must be a minimum of 35 people
All groups must be booked in advance
Group rates are not available on weekends, holidays or holiday periods.
